New clarification added: Question 01:Kindly specify the bandwidth and concurrent users for each and every equipment requested where applicable.Answer for Question 01:For an office size between 10 and 40 people. The bandwidth is not an issue as we have currently 9 MB download. We will upgrade in the future, but it will not make any significant difference. Question 02:In the tender under technical speciation section 3, you have mixed two items into 1 line:Subscription for 24 months - Advanced Gateway Security Suite Bundle for TZ500 Series (01-CCS-1451)For logging and analyzing files SonicWall: SONICWALL ANALYTICS ON-PREM 500GB STORAGE LICENSE (02-SSC-1503)These are two separate products there we will quote you the two. If not, then let us know which of the two you need in section 3.Answer for Question 02:Yes, these are two different products, and we need two quotes. Note: we separated it in the RFQ Section_II and Section_III. Question 03:Can you kindly clarify if you would need installation or it is just supply only? Answer for Question 03:We just need supply.Question 04:We need your advice; in the tender documents you named the items required for example manufacturer "sonic wall"But sonic wall dropped down market approach and no future investment and there are better manufacturer at computer world.Can we offer better units but different maker and model then required?Answer for Question 04:As long as the specifications are met, any other products can be offered. Which also means that active/passive firewall solution must be guaranteed as well as covering equivalent subscriptions.
