The purpose of this RFP is to identify a suitable provider to undertake, on behalf of WHO, a preliminary stage to the realization of a new web portal. The selected contractor will be expected to complete an in-depth analysis of the existing tools to have a clear understanding of the product and shared vision, to align all the project stakeholders on the product to be produced and on the success indicators.
This work will serve as a model for the future website developer, both for the visual aspects (user interface) and for the logic expected by the users (user experience).

- Understand the needs and wishes of your current and future users
- Model user types, their behaviors, needs and aspirations
- Mapping the experience & imagine the opportunities
- Defining the journeys & aligning on the storymap
- Shaping the product
- From design exploration to delivering a UI kit.
Characteristics of the provider for this contract:
The provider shall be an digital agency in the field of digital health communication and Web Design with proven expertise in the user experience/interface.
He will also have to justify an experience in understanding cultural differences around the world
Period covered under the RFP:
The period covered under this RFP is for a maximum of 4 months depending on the performance and funding availability.
Intention to bid:

Submission of proposals:
No later than 28 May 2020, 05:00PM Geneva time (CET), the bidder shall complete and return by email to WHO to the following address: gvsi@who.int (only when this step is completed the bidder is regarded as a prospective bidder):
- Covering letter signed by the bidder or the respective authority when the bidder is not an individual.
- Proposal (including, but not restricted to, technical and financial documents) with annexes as described in the RFP.
A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on technical or contractual matters may notify WHO via email at the following address no later than 25 May 2020, 05:00PM CET.
