Will you consider the split of the tender in lots?A25. As stated under the ITB under the particular section Partial bids “Partial bids shall not be allowed. New amendment added #1: Amendment 1The purpose of this amendment is to:1. Extend the bid deadline date to 2020-06-04 12:00 UTC and deadline for clarifications to 2020-05-27 12:00 UTC2. Amend the qualification criteria item under manufacturer’s (or official dealer's) Authorization. The revised requirement is under esource portal under criteria and read as follows, "Bidder who is not manufacturer or producer of all the items under item #1, #2, #3, #4, #6.1 to #6.5 and #8 offered to supply, shall submit the Manufacturer’s (or official dealer's) Authorization using the form included in Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms to demonstrate authorization from the manufacturer or producer of the goods to supply these goods in the country of destination".3.
