New clarification added: Question 9: Dear procurement team.Thank you for your last clarification and postponing the submission deadline. Unfortunately, it does not really help to know only the brands that must be recycled. It is a bit as if you had a car for sale without informing the client about the model, engine, options etc. Just informing of the brand is not enough. Not knowing more details makes it impossible to give a price for the products you want to recycle. Therefore, please inform us as a minimum for each item of the following: - brand.- model.- serial number.- processor.- hdd/ssd.- year of purchase.- screen size.Extra details are also welcome, but these would definitely help. I hope you understand we ask for information to be constructive and give you the most consistent and fair offer. We remain at your disposal for further details.Clarification 9: The current list of monitors that we need to dispose of follows. However, being this tender the basis for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), it is impossible to establish which items we will dispose of in the coming months. Therefore, we recommend taking a look at the attached Long Term Agreement (LTA) product list that we use to purchase items for UNOPS Headquarters, to have an idea of what items/brands/models we might need to dispose of. Model n. 1908FPC | Total quantity: 47 Model n. P2412HB | Total quantity: 24 Model n. U2410F | Total quantity: 2 Model n. 1907FPVT | Total quantity: 1 Model n. 2007FPB | Total quantity: 3 Model n. P2414HB | Total quantity: 6 Model n. P2211HT | Total quantity: 5 Model n. P2312HT | Total quantity: 1

New clarification added: Question 8:Dear procurement team.Thank you for your response to our clarification request, but some of your answers do not really help us, which makes it difficult to give you a professional and consistent bid.In clarification 6: We need to know the brands and the models of the equipment you want to recycle in order to give you a relevant and consistent bid. It is not possible to calculate a realistic price nor an average price not knowing what products we must buy-back. Alternatively, in the absence of product information, we will not be able to quote the value you could be entittled to receive. What are the brands and models to recycle/buy-back?Regarding packing, it will be difficult to give you the proper packing materials without knowing in advance what products we have to pick up and in what quantities. Basically, you will not have the same packaging for 1 or 100 printers.I hope you understand the importance of sharing the requested information, so we can give you a relevant bid. Finally, is it possible to postpone the deadline for clarifications requests, in case more questions remain open?Looking forward to reading you soon and having a constructive dialog.Clarification 8:Please refer below to some examples of brands, though we reserve the right to dispose of also different models if necessary. With regard to the models, we might need to dispose of some material (e.g. monitors) from 2006 but also more recent items.- Desktop: Dell- Large Computer systems: Dell- External Hard Disk: Kingston, Samsung- UPS: Dell- Monitors: Dell- TV Monitors: LG, Samsung - Laptops: Dell- Tablets: Apple- Mobile phones: Samsung, Apple- Projectors: LG- Power adapters: Dell With reference to the packaging and modality of disposal, an agreement will be found in the contract finalization stage, based on the proposal made by the awarded bidder. Therefore the unit price of disposal should also include foreseen packaging costs if any. Please also note that, as requested, the deadline for bid submissions is now changed to 22 May 2020 while the clarification is now shifted to 19 May 2020.

New clarification added: Question 7:Hi,1. Are the bidders allowed to make reservations regarding compliance with General Conditions of Contract, or do the bidders have to accept General Conditions of Contract as they are? We do not fulfil e.g. all the insurance requirements provided under Section 6 of General Conditions of Contract.2. Are the bidders allowed to submit their quotation conditionally? We do not know e.g. if our subcontracts will agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the Contract. Are the bidders allowed to add additional contract terms to the Blanket Purchase Agreement?Clarification 7: 1. All bidders need to complete, sign, and return the Form A where the bidders declare to supply in conformity with the bidding documents, including the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract (GCC). No alterations to its format shall be permitted for the GCC while in case a negotiation process was succeeded with the selected bidder prior to an award stage, any additional/ adjustment of clauses will be added as special conditions in the BPA.2. Kindly refer to point 1 above. In any case, please write down all the deviations you may have in the last part of Form C (Deviation List).

New clarification added: Question 6: Dear procurement team, we hope this message finds you well. please find below a few questions decisive in our evaluation of the value we can give to the equipment to recycle. Questions:1. We would like to know brand/model/specifications of the specific equipment listed below to recycle “IT-equipment, end of life management”.DesktopLarge Computer systemsExternal Hard DiskUPSMonitorsTV MonitorsLaptopsTabletsMobile phonesProjectorsPower adapters2. Regarding KPI 5 – are we receiving a complete asset list from UNOPS to make the status from?3. Regarding KPI 5 – If we are not getting an asset list – we will like to know if we are going to make this, after pick up - and what kind of details is needed.Ex. Mouse – are we supposed to count these – and report the number of pieces. Or is it okay to make the asset list on equipment only – that is going to be refurbished.4. When collecting the goods – will it be ready for transportation ? In boxes/pallets?5. Start date for contract. Thank yo for your support. Looking forward to reading you soon.Clarification 6:1. UNOPS reserves the right to dispose of different brand/model/specifications throughout the duration of the BPA, thus an average price should be provided in the tender price list.2. At the time of pick up, UNOPS will provide a list of items (category and quantity), which the awarded company will have to use to build the report.3. The report should include details for all products, i.e. for those refurbished, recycled, disposed.4. The goods will be packaged as agreed with the contractor in the contract, and with the system (e.g. boxes/pallets) provided by the contractor.5. Upon signature of the contract, i.e. right after the contract award.

New clarification added: Question 1: Can you please provide information on the volumes of assets? We will need that in order to complete the final financial offer tab.Clarification 1: We do not know yet the exact amount that we will need to dispose of, therefore we are suggesting to provide three different quotations that will apply depending on the real volumes, ie. the unit price for between 1 and 50 units, 50-100 units and more than100 units.
