New clarification added: Question 8: Would you prefer to see past performance from ongoing maintenance projects like this one, or full web redesign/builds, or both?Answer 8: Both. We are currently not seeking a full web re-design, but would like to build on past work to significantly improve functionality, usability, and overall look.Question 9: Do you find that the current website as it is currently is not adhering to the system requirements listed in RFQ Section II Returnable Bidding Forms (browser and device compatibility)? If yes, in what areas are you seeing issues?Answer 9: Yes, we are currently seeing compatibility issues with the website across browsers and devices. These are display issues mostly. New clarification added: Question 6: Regarding contract amounts, 99% of our clients have us sign NDA's that prevent us from disclosing these amounts. Please clarify if this information is necessary.Answer 6: Vendors can indicate a range (> $15,000)Question 7: How many hours of work do you require on the site each month?Answer 7: We expect 10 hours/month average (hours will not be evenly split each month)

New clarification added: Question 5: Bidder should be legally incorporated in Belgium is a must?Answer 5: No,Bidders can be from any country, this requirement has been modified. You are very welcome to send a quote from your country.

New clarification added: Question 1: Can we work remotely? Answer 1: Yes, you can. The competition is now open to all countries. Question2: Would you please reconsider this limitation and allow bidders who meet all technical requirements - but not legally incorporated in Belgium - to apply?Answer 2: Yes, the competition is now open to all countries. Question3: A file named RFQ_Section_II_ScheduleofRequirements_FINAL is attached but it contains the Returnable Bidding Forms.Answer 3: Our apologies for this confusion. A new document nammed RFQ_Section_II_ScheduleofRequirements is now available online.

New clarification added: Question 4: We have already confirmed that we do not intend to submit a vendor submission, do you require other specific documents?Answer4: Thank you for your interest, since you will not submit a quote, you don't have to submit any other document.
