Description
The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Support in developing research protocols and conducting hepatitis B serosurveys in Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, the Republic of Moldova, and Turkmenistan which address the following objectives:
- Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, the Republic of Moldova, and Turkmenistan:
- Develop research protocols for hepatitis B serosurveys;
- Coordinate development of study materials;
- Provide technical advice in preparations, performing and evaluation of pilot studies and revise and finalize study protocols and materials;
- Perform sampling for surveys;
- Provide technical support in planning and implementing field work, including collection of specimens and data;
- Provide technical support in data cleaning and validating data.
- The Republic of Moldova and Turkmenistan:
- Perform data analysis including calculating weighted prevalence of hepatitis B according to study protocol;
- Prepare study reports and write manuscripts summarising study methods and results.
WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements. Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
