Research on Men and Gender Equality in China

To further inform programming and advocacy on male involvement in reproductive health and in particular in relation to violence against women (from now on VAW), UNFPA China is seeking a national research institute or a team of individual consultants to carry out a survey to study the nature and factors associated with men’s attitudes and behaviors related to masculinity, gender equality, sexual and reproductive health, fatherhood and VAW in China.

Interested research institutes or teams of individual consultants are asked to send their sealed bids, including budget, to UNFPA, with the title Men and Gender Equality Research Proposal, Li Jing, UNFPA, Office: 1-16-1, Tayuan Diplomatic Office Building, 14 Liangmahe Nanlu, Beijing 100600, by 23rd of September 2010.
