New clarification added: Dear Bidder,UNOPS Haiti thanks you for your interest in submitting an offer in relation to the referenced tender.Please find the answers below. "There is a problem on the questionnaires section of the submission for the bid. Even though we have completed the questionnaires it does not allow us to save the answers. Therefore, we are unable to submit the bid. Please verify and advise us on how to proceed." Answer - Generally these kinds of technical issues only requires a change of browser, please try using another internet browser.According with up listed bid sentence it looks that bidder is called for street light pole installation : this is different from declared proposal request that shows:Purchase and Delivery of Solar Led Street Light in HAITI, - please clarify.Answer - As per form C - Technical Quotation Form, installation is mandatory. Please refer to Delivery requirement.Spare part it could be avalable on request : please list which spare part it should be lamp price inclusive;Answer - The beneficiary should be able to buy spare parts for the model proposed in HaitiRequest deliver ( and install?) within 6 weeks : Ocean container transit to Haiti , it cannot be inclusive in request of 6 weeks delivery time;Answer - Six weeks delivery and Installation is mandatoryABB Soalr Steet lamp it may be installed on existing pole by the use of special braket , lamp package inclusive. Is it acceptable?Positive answer to line 5 will give : a)lower price for each lamp;b) It will enable factory to deliver lamps package DAP, within 2 weeks, by UPS courier, door to door consigne..Answer - So long it is an all inclusive product we are able to accept it.
