Provision of Asset Manager for IFAD After Service Medical Coverage Scheme (ASMCS) Portfolio

The Manager will manage a portfolio of bonds (the Asset Portfolio) as described in the respective Investment Guidelines (Attachment 7) which outlines the objectives, currencies, benchmarks, eligible instruments, credit quality, duration, diversification and other relevant provisions. 

The Asset Portfolio will be managed within IFAD’s risk budget as indicated in the IFAD ASCMS Investment Policy Statement which can be accessed at https://webapps.ifad.org/members/eb/134/docs/EB-2021-134-R-53.pdf. 

The Manager must be a well-established firm in the asset management industry. 

The Manager must display expertise in the mandated asset class, which is to be evaluated based on the Technical Questionnaires.
