I regret to inform you that, following the evaluation process, your offer in relation to the Proposed Contract as contained within the document with reference RFQ/2025/60361, Procurement of saplings, seeds, and fertilizer in Badakhshan Province for UNOPS Afghanistan dated 24 November 2025, was unsuccessful.  The Proposed Contract has been awarded to the lowest and most technically qualified bidder.
