provision of planning, architectural design, engineering and quality control services for the new ITU Varembé Building

Following the result of the Request for Proposal Ref. RFP-SBPFM-2024-092, dated 13 November 2024, for the provision of planning, architectural design, engineering and quality control services for the new ITU Varembé Building, the proposal submitted by the consortium 3XN A/S and Itten+Brechbühl SA (the “Consultant”) has been retained.

The Consultant shall receive a lump sum remuneration of 12'000'000 CHF, plus 974’264 CHF for the optional, for a total not exceed of 12'974'264 CHF (Twelve million nine hundred seventy-four thousand two hundred sixty-four Swiss francs).
