I regret to inform you that, following the evaluation process, your offer in relation to the Proposed Contract as contained within the document with reference/2024/54877 and dated November 24, 2024, was unsuccessful. 
The Proposed Contract has been awarded to the Lowest and most technically qualified bidder.
