The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of Renovation works of the former Childcare outdoor area. The objective of this tender is to select a qualified Contractor for the renovation of the former Childcare outdoor area within the IFAD headquarters. The renovation project entails the removal of existing plastic flooring and the complete redesign of the spaces, with the creation of a new area dedicated to staff, including meeting and networking tables, a platform with a tiered seating area and new green spaces and the creation of the “Memorial Garden”. The project has to be compliant with all relevant safety and building codes.
