Provision of Duty-Free Services and Set-up and Management of a Gift shop in IFAD HQ

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of duty-free services and set-up and management of a gift shop in IFAD HQ Services.

IFAD is issuing this tender to select a qualified company for the provisions of Duty-Free services for eligible professional staff enjoying diplomatic status and the set-up and management of a gift shop in IFAD Headquarters (HQ).

The selected company will be requested to ensure presence in HQ, provide on-site services as per the pre-agreed schedule, and interact with the Travel, Visa, Privileges, and Immunities Unit to ensure timely submission of documents for approval of the relevant Italian authorities. The awarded company will be contracted for three (3) years (with the possibility of a two-year renewal) starting from 1 January 2025.
