Description of assignment: UNDP  is looking for Institutions/companies for the assignment : ITB.2024.003 – Supply of Forest firefighting equipment (Gasoline blowers, Backpack sprayers & Drip torchs) . The procurement is under the "Strengthening forest fire fighting capacity towards green recovery in Mongolia" project
 
The project has two components, namely: 
Component 1: Strengthening wildfire management capacity by designing country specific forest fire early warning system, feasibility assessment on incentivizing fire responders and developing finance plan for forest fire management, and 
Component 2: Providing standard equipment set and training for the local forest user groups and forest units. 
 
Within objective of project component 2, UNDP Country Office  Mongolia is seeking for legal entity to supply of forest fire suppression equipment set consisting of gasoline blower (300 pcs), Backpack watersprayer (800 pcs) and Drip torch (300 pcs) 
 
Eligibility : Bid is open to both National and International registered companies 
 
Delivery within : 3 months
