Long Term Agreement for the Provision of Retractable Banners

ICAO holds multiple events related to International Civil Aviation each year with delegates from all over the world attending its Headquarters in Montreal. The number of events is expected to grow, and ICAO would like to find a vendor to print and deliver custom retractable banners.
