Adaptability of the State Care Agency infrastructure

Upon request from the Georgian Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Affairs, UNDP Country Office (CO) in Georgia will o adapt the infrastructure of the State Care Agency (SCA) in Georgia for people with disabilities (PwDs) and other disadvantaged groups. The SCA infrastructure renovation initiative is a collaborative effort amongst the Improving the Rule of Law and Access to Justice for All (RoL), Leadership, Equality, Advocacy and Democracy (LEAD), and UN Joint Programme for Gender Equality (UNJP4GE) projects.

The initiative recognizes the fundamental importance of inclusivity within the state-provided agencies and aims to address the lack of physical accessibility for PwDs, elderly persons, children, victims of domestic violence, and other vulnerable groups, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations
