Provision of web streaming, totems, cabling and audio-visual technical support during IFAD Governing Council

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of web streaming, totems, cabling and audio-visual technical support during IFAD Governing Council. 

The annual meetings of the IFAD Governing Council are held during the month of February in IFAD’s Headquarters in Rome, Via Paolo di Dono 44. The schedule described below is related to the year 2024. For the subsequent years, the General Council dates will be communicated to the selected Contractor with advance notice. 
In 2024, the 47th Governing Council is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 14 February and Thursday, 15 February.  

The objective of this tender is to select a vendor to provide the following equipment and services for the 47th Governing Council (five days in total: two days for the GC, two days for technical preparation and testing, one day for final rehearsal): 
• The rental of Vertical indoor Totems and services, including the associated 
technical resources on site (IFAD HQ) for the management of the contents of 
the Totems; 
• The rental of a local printer; 
• The rental of Web streaming equipment and services, including the associated 
technical resources on site (IFAD HQ) for operating the Web Streaming;  
• Fiber and copper cables and conduct the relative installation to establish the 
connection between the IFAD network and the tent network infrastructure; 
• 4 Audio-Visual technicians on site (IFAD HQ) for a total of five days to assist 
in the preparation and execution of the overall event.
