Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Digital Media Marketing Services

Dear Valued Bidders (Malaysian Registered Company Only),

United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite to participate in a tender for “Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Digital Media Marketing Services” through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in Request for Proposal for Services (LRPS) and the terms and conditions contained herein.

Request for Clarification

Please study the tender documents and if you have any question, please register all your enquiries to the “Annex E –  Enquiries and Clarification Form", and email to mmeorsha@unicef.org and mmohd@unicef.org latest by 25-July-2022, 5pm.

Bid Conference/Tender Briefing

Bid Conference/tender Briefing will be held on 28-July-2022 11am via online meeting – Microsoft Teams. Please alert on Meeting Invitation that will be sent by Meor Syaifudin Meor Sha, email mmeorsha@unicef.org.

Deadline of Proposal Submission

Proposal/quotation must be submitted and received by e-mail ONLY to: mlya-procurement@unicef.org not later than, 15-August-2022, 5pm Malaysia time, otherwise submission will be considered invalid.

1. To read, understand and comply to Terms & Conditions outlined in the tender document LRPS-2022-9176022 (Including Annex A – UNICEF General Terms & Conditions), by signing the Form page 3.
2. Bidders are required to register in UNGM (see Annex C) and complete & submit the MDM Form (see Annex D).
