The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite your company to submit a Proposal for the development and implementation of a project communication strategy for the ILO Ankara Office as further described in Annex III Terms of Reference (TOR) of RFP 56/2020. 

Your Proposal must be received by the ILO no later than Monday 8 February 2021, 12noon (Ankara time). Late bids shall be rejected. 

You are kindly requested to acknowledge receipt of this RFP and to indicate whether or not you intend to submit a Proposal using the ILO e-Tendering System’s (eTS) functionality “Correspondence” (Annex I-A).
