RFQs BGD-01 to 06/2013 - Supply of Building Safety Assessment Equipment -

The International Labour Organisation (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite your company to submit a Bid for the goods or services as mentioned above and as further described in the six (6) Request for Quotations (RFQs) that can be downloaded from the current Notice under section entitled DOCUMENTS.

You can submit an offer for the totality of the RFQs or submit only the RFQs of your choice.

When preparing your bid(s) , please use the Bid Form(s) and follow the instructions set out in the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts (Annex II).  Please return your completed Bid Form(s)  to the ILO together with the Certification Form (Annex III) duly signed by an authorized legal representative of your company. 

The conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions applicable to ILO Contracts, as well as any other conditions contained in or enclosed with this letter, will become part of any contract concluded with the successful bidder. If your offer is accepted, you will receive a formal Purchase Order.
