BASIC DIGITAL LITERACY SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME IN SIERRA LEONE

PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED TERMS OF REFERENCES ITC is seeking to contract a qualified training institution, digital hub, or organization based in Sierra Leone with a proven track record in delivering basic digital literacy training, particularly to underserved youth. The selected training provider will be responsible for: - Designing a tailored basic digital literacy training programme; - Raising awareness and mobilizing participants across Bo, Makeni, Tonkolili, and Western Urban districts; - Delivering a high-impact, in-person basic digital literacy and mobile internet skills training (GSMA Mobile Internet Skills Training Toolkit) programmes targeting at least 1,000 youth under the age of 35, with a minimum of 30% young women and 10% youth with disabilities (PWDs) in the 4 districts; - Facilitating business linkages and job matchmaking opportunities for training graduates.
