Support the closure event of The ILO Organization Labour Governance project.

The ILO is seeking to hire an event management company to support the organization and logistics of  holding a one-day event in (Baghdad) as the project’s closure bringing together its key counterparts and social partners involved in the project implementation is to reflect on the project's outcomes and to ensure all aspects of the project have been completed in a satisfactory manner, in addition to the project team members, and potential clients to share success stories. It marks the successful completion of the project and serves as an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of the project. The number of attendees is 70. A stage is needed with 7 chairs and 5 small tables along with a podium. Also, a screen is needed and pointer to show video and presentations. Also, one registration table is needed and another table to put some publications produced by the ILO
