New clarification added: As you are asking for all inclusive prices for each of the three items, and have indicated there will be one or two meetings in NY, please can you confirm where we should include cost allowance for time and travel for the meetings in NY, as this will be variable depending on how many meetings there are and will affect all three items.Should we add this as a seperate cost item in Table 1 in the Financial proposal Form?Do meeting have to be face to face? Would you consider video conference calls?UN Response - the meetings must be face to face thus please incorporate any associated costs into cost for each product

New clarification added: 1. In the Offeror's Eligibility, it states that the sucessful vendor 'may' have to visit the team in New York at the start and middle of the project. Could you advise if this indeed will be a necessity and how this should be factored into the pricing we submit? Further, could you also advise on how many days each visit would entail?UN Response: No more than 1 full day or two half days creative 2. In regards to the provision of a Brief, your clarification stated that this was the responsibility of the vendor. In working with UN agencies, such as UNDP and UN Women, designing publications, we have always been provided a Brief on any ideas the client has in terms of the look and feel of the publication, the target audience, branding guidelines containing the agency's preferred colours, fonts, headers etc. Could you confirm that some guidance will be provided prior to the sucessful vendor submitting concepts?UN Response: The selected vendor will facilitate a creative brief meeting with our team to generate suggesions on look and feel. We can provide fonts, colours and branding guidelines.3. Could you advise if the price should be indicated as per hour or per page for each of the 3 components? If a vendor submits pricing per hour, this will only be an approximate and will not reflect an accurate cost. Could you therefore confirm that pricing should be indicated as per page?UN Response: the pricing information must be on a per product basis
