Description
  1. Review the current coordination mechanism for child rights in the Philippines by looking at the roles of the different national child-centred organizations and situate CWC’s mandate vis-à-vis these child institutions;
  2. Using the most relevant organizational development (OD) diagnostic tool, assess the extent by which CWC is able to comply with its mandate, catering to public (i.e. intermediaries, audience) expectations in alignment of its various systems with its objectives and goals; and
  3. From the findings, recommend courses of action that would require (a) legislative reform (b) international efficiency and effective improvements of CWC and (c) effective coordination mechanism across the different child rights organizations.
