New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,As per the RFQ specification we request as minimum to meet protection level NIJ 0101.04 III. This or higher level of protection is acceptable.Best regards,Regarding the Vests, specifically the plates, please let me know what level of protection the plates should offer. The specifications state that protection should be NIJ IIIA in conjunction with hard armor plates but IIIA is achieved as standard without plates.  We would guess that the protection they require is NIJ IV with hard armor plates. I would be grateful if you would consult the technical specifications to clarify this small concern.please let us know the Threat Level, weight criteria (if any) enabling us to proceed further and offer you the best.
