UNICEF's Request For Proposal no. LRPS#unicef's request for proposal no. LRPS#-9138344 for establishing LTA for drinking water sampling for establishing LTA for drinking water sampling & analysis

UNICEF Lebanon would like to tender for establishing a Long Term Arrangement (LTA) for drinking water sampling & analysis as stipulated in the attached RFP. Hence, I am writing to invite you for submitting your proposal to LRPS#2017- 9138344.

You are kindly requested to quote your best price and submit your proposal by either e-mail or by sealed envelope as per the following and as indicated in the LRPS, page 1:

A/ Proposals sent by email ONLY to lebtender@unicef.org must be sent in two separate emails not later than 12:00h, 10 April 2018: one email for the technical proposal and one email for the financial proposal.

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number- name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.

- Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number- name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.

B/ Proposals sent in sealed envelopes to the below address not later than 12:00h, 10 April 2018:

The reference LRPS#2017- 9138344 must be shown on the envelope.

The Request for Proposal form must be used when replying to this invitation. You are welcome to enclose your own specifications, if necessary.

Proposals provided in hard-copy must be provided in sealed envelopes (one sealed envelope for the technical proposal and one sealed envelope for the financial proposal – both clearly marked - to be included in one sealed outer envelope) at the address stipulated in the LRFP.

Proposals sent in another manner will be invalid.
