New clarification added: Will non-compliance with one or more of your minimum technical requirements exclude us from being considered? We are particularly referring to Form C, Item No 3, parargraph A and D and Item No 4, paragraph F.Not sure we understood your request. However, if you are compliant with all our technical requirement stated on form C and Section II Schedule of Requirements, you will be certainly qualified to our evaluation stages.
