Online Visits Reservation System
It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the Online Visits Reservation System. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.
The International Criminal Court (ICC or the Court) receives on a daily basis a high number of visitors to its premises.
Current procedures involve an intensive administrative process, including answering and handling many e-mails and thus manual labor.
Seeking to constantly improve the levels of service as well as improving work processes to be more efficient, the ICC wishes to implement an Online Visits Reservation System, with the aim of replacing a large part of the manual steps. Such Online Visits Reservation System would also be beneficial to the external visitors as it would provide on the spot information on availability of dates and times of the visit while booking online.
In future the automation of the high-level visits, stakeholder visits, events and walk-in visitors (for the Visitors Centre and to attend hearings) could be considered to be incorporated.
The detailed specifics will be given under the Request for Proposal document(s) that will be sent to the companies who respond to this EOI.
