Maintenance Services the Clean Lab & Clean Lab Extension Buildings at IAEA Seibersdorf
TheIAEA requires annual maintenance services of the IAEA’s Laboratories at Seibersdorf. Predominantly this includes the its Clean Laboratory and Clean Laboratory Extension (known together as the Environmental Sample Laboratory, ESL) but includes related areas of the Nuclear Applications Laboratories too.
The Clean Laboratory Extension (CLE) in Seibersdorf is a building housing chemical laboratories, offices and technical rooms. It became operational in April 2011 and is an integral part of the ESL’s clean laboratory facility. The building houses several sophisticated scientific instruments that require a well-controlled laboratory environment and are used for the measurement of the IAEA samples. The IAEA conclusions do rely on a timely delivery of accurate und precise results. An uninterrupted operation of the whole facility is mandatory.
