ITB-NYH-2017-19331 -Supply of Codan HF products

Response to questions: Question 1. Codan Envoy and 2110 Manpack HF Radio configurations in ITB include standard voice and Opt ALE (FED-STD-1045/ALE) capabilities. Will UNICEF consider adding Digital Voice (DV) and 3G ALE Options .” Response 1: The list of Codan equipment "Annex A " is revised to reflect ALE and GPS Enabled for the following line items only I-17 & 18; III-17 & 18; VII-5 & 6; X-3 & 4 UNICEF does require additional enhancement at the moment. Question 2. Can bidders quote other models/options- Response 2: No; Bidders are invited to submit their bids in accordance with list of equipment in Annex A rev. 1 Question 3. What is the mode of submitting the bid offer. Response 3: The Bid offer shall be returned in accordance with the provisions under Special Note - Instruction to bidders page 13 of 17 of the ITB- 19331 either by email: nysdbidding@unicef.org or fax - +1212 326 7250 . Question 4: Should bidders quote both FCA and DAP Copenhagen airport Response 4: Bidders should provide a bid price as per Incoterms 2010 FCA Nearest Airport and an option for delivery DAP incoterms to UNICEF Warehouse, Denmark. (Ref: clause 5, 6 and 7 pages 6&7/17) Question 5: Should bidders comply with the packaging requirements Response 5: Bidders should comply with the delivery and packaging requirement under clauses 9 and 10 on the ITB pages 7 and 8/17 . Please note most requirements are on FCA basis. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
