Description

Dear Madam/Sir,

Please find attached the bid document no. LITB-2016-9129385 for procurement of Liquid Nitrogen Cylinder and accessories for UNICEF Myanmar. It will be appreciated if you could provide your quotation for the items to UNICEF Myanmar Office no later than 10:00 hour on 23 December 2016.

The bid document should be sent to UNICEF Myanmar Office either by courier service or by email to procurementyangon@unicef.org.  Bid document sent by any other e-mail will be considered as invalid.

Please also note the following

-              Provide the sample of each item together with your bid document, failing which your bid may be invalid.

-              If require to submit the options, maximum two options to be acceptable together with bid document, failing which your bid may be invalid.

-              Provide the production schedule per week/month

-              Provide the Packing information: total no. of cartons, no. of cartons per pallet, pallet size (weight & dimension), no. of containers needed.  You may provide the information in a separate paper, and send it together with the bid document.
