The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) has a requirement for the establishment of a Long Term Contract for an initial period of 3 years with a potential extension of maximum two (2) one-year terms (3+1+1) for the Maintenance and Repair services of multi brands vehicles and trucks and for the provision of spare parts on an “as and when required” basis, to the United Nations Global Service Centre/United Nations Logistics Base (GSC/UNLB), Piazza del Vento 1, 72100, Brindisi, Italy. The services will be performed by the Contractor both at the UNGSC/UNLB Central Maintenance workshop and at Contractor’s premises, by supplying and using its own tools and equipment to undertake all required services. The following list outlines the various vehicles that comprise GSC fleet today, and most commonly requested works and services per year. Other types of services and spare parts may be requested as required (also for other brands). IMPORTANT: The Contractor may propose to service all below listed brands, or a portion of depending on the authorizations from the manufacturers – please indicate your capacity and the list of brands you are willing to service in your EOI response. Furthermore, there will also be spare parts to be purchased as part of the services and/or separately such as: Engine Oil, Oil Filter, Fuel Filter, Pollen Air Filter, Clutch Kit, Wiper Blades, Starter Motor, Alternator, EGR valve, Steering Spiral cable, Side Mirror, ABS Speed Sensor in addition to other specific items.
