Renovation of containerised accommodation at UNAMA compounds in Afghanistan (EOI/54/16/AN)

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) is seeking expression of interest for supply and modification of 20 feet containers for use as dining/kitchen room, and renovation/improvement works to existing containers, in UNAMA compound in Afghanistan Type of services shall include furnishing of all materials, manpower, necessary tools and equipment necessary to carry out the work in accordance with the drawings, bill of quantities and specifications. This notice is issued only to allow companies to express their interest; it does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. Details for the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents to the invited vendors later.  A company must be at least 3 years old, registered/submitted at Level 1, hold valid license to operate in Afghanistan, have sufficient prior similar experience in construction/renovation work, to be included in the solicitation process. Previous experience in roads, supply of materials, engineering works, walls, fencing, t-walls, will not be considered.
