Printing of exam booklets for Young Professionals Programme (YPP)

a. Printing of exam booklets for Young Professionals Programme (YPP) examinations: OHRM conducts the YPP examinations on an annual basis. For these examinations, services by one vendor for the printing of the examination booklets for the YPP examinations in 2016, 2017 and 2018 in English and French, including all associated labour, materials, packaging, and shipping, are required. These examination booklets are required to be received in between early to mid October each year in up to eight of a possible twenty-two job families. At the moment, job families for the 2016 YPP have not been determined. They are expected to be available by the end of April. b. Printing of exam booklets for Language Proficiency Examination (LPE): OHRM conducts the LPE on an annual basis. For these examinations, services by the vendor providing the same services for the YPP examinations for the printing of the examination booklets for the LPE in 2016, 2017 and 2018, including all associated labour, materials, packaging, and shipping, are required. These examination booklets are required to be received in between early to mid-June each year in up to six of a possible six different languages. c. Products/services must include: i. Highly confidential printing of all text pages and examinations material; ii. Highly confidential binding of all text pages and examinations material [For binding, the page count must be in multiples of four, and if the number of exam papers do not coincide with the multiples of four, blank pages will be added and marked with "left intentionally blank"]; iii. Consecutive numbering on the cover of each booklet in a particular job family for YPP and in a particular language for LPE; iv. Shrink-wrapping of booklets in groups of five; v. Colour-coding of the needed booklet cover types; vi. Highly confidential secure storing of printed materials, packaging, shipping and delivery of booklets to Examinations & Tests Section/New York City within three weeks of receipt of “camera ready” PDF files, expected delivery is sometime September or early October for YPP and early to mid-June for LPE each year.
