Provision of Generator Operation and Maintenance Services for MINUSTAH.      

The United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested and qualified companies wishing to be considered for inclusion in the solicitation to be launched shortly for the Provision of Generator Operation and Maintenance Services. The requirement is for the provision of Service for Daily Operation, Condition check-up, Preventive Maintenance and Overhauling of diesel-powered generators, having capacity from 10 KVA up to 50 KVA, at its premises all over Haiti. Qualified Companies interested in providing the said services are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) not lather than 19 February 2016 at 15:00 hrs.(Haiti Time) via facsimile or Email to the address indicated above. The EOI must include the following information:  Name of the Company  Postal and Physical address  Phone and Fax number  Email address  Name and title of the contact person  Brief explanation of the background and experience of the company including clients' references. The awarded Contractor will sign an initial One (1) year's contract with a possible extension of Two (2) additional one (1) year-periods (1+1+1) at the sole discretion of the UN subject to changes in operational requirements of MINUSTAH, availability of funds, extension of MINUSTAH's mandate and satisfactory performnace of the Contractor. No future commitment is given on the size and distribution of MINUSTAH’s presence in Haiti. The UN reserves full right at its sole discretion to change the level of service requirements, whether in total or in part, depending on Mission and operational requirements over the Contract duration. MINUSTAH intends to follow up this EOI exercise with formal bidding process. Please note that this notice does not constitute the solicitation. It should also be noted that MINUSTAH reserve the right to change or cancel any of this requirements at any time in the EOI and/or solicitation process.
