The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) intends to establish a long-term contract for the provision of genuine Canon photocopier spare parts and consumables for quantity 61 Canon photocopiers in use at UNGSC Headquarters in Brindisi, Italy. The requirement includes, but it is not limited to, the provision of the following genuine Canon spares and consumables on “as and when required basis”: - Drum Unit, Black and Color - Toners, various colors and for various Canon copiers models - Waste toner bottle for various Canon copiers models - Toners Fax Cartridges, various colors - Separation Rollers - Fixing units 220V The Contract will be established for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to be renewed for 2 additional terms of one-year each, for a maximum contract period of 5 years. The prices offered for all spares and consumables shall be on Delivery at Place-DAP basis to UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy (Incoterms 2010). Contractor shall deliver materials ordered within twelve (12) working days of receipt of Purchase Order from UNGSC. All the offered products must be fully compliant with EU standards (European Union standards) and marked with CE markings (Conformité Européenne) and must comply with current applicable EU Safety Rules and Regulations. Minimum of twelve (12) months warranty required.
