Description
The United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) intends to enter into a non-exclusive Contract for the Operation and Maintenance of Generators installed at different locations across the Country of Haiti. The proposed Scope of Works includes: (a) Daily Operation, Condition Check-up, Preventive Maintenance and Engine Overhauling of Diesel-Powered Generators; Companies interested in providing the said services are requested to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) not later than 02 October 2015 at 15:00 hrs.(Haiti Time) via Email to the address indicated above. The EOI must include the following information:  Name of the Company  Postal and Physical address  Phone and Fax number  Email address  Name and title of the contact person  Brief explanation of the background and experience of the company including clients' references. The awarded contractor will sign an initial period of One (1) year contract with a possible extension of Two (2) One (1) year periods (1+1+1) depending on operational needs, satisfactory performance of the contractor and the conditions laid down by MINUSTAH. The contract will be awarded to the contractor, who can demonstrate, through a written proposal having significant level of experience, ability and competence. No future commitment is given on the size and distribution of MINUSTAH’s presence in Haiti. The UN reserves full right at its sole discretion to change the level of service requirements, whether in total or in part, depending on Mission and operational requirements over the Contract duration. MINUSTAH intends to follow up this EOI exercise with formal bidding process. Please note that this notice does not constitute the solicitation. It should also be noted that MINUSTAH reserve the right to change or cancel any of this requirements at any time in the EOI and/or solicitation process. MINUSTAH reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to Vendors who were identified through additional market research or others means to source its requirements.
