There are no other changes to the REOI. United Nations Procurement Division (UNPD) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified companies for the provision of Support Services, Rental Services, and Provision of Parts for Christie-manufactured display products. Services will be provided to the Broadcast and Conference Support Section (BCSS) of the UN on an on-call basis. The services will be used at the UN Headquarters Campus in New York City. Detailed services shall include, but not be limited to: - Telephone support from a Christie Certified technician. - Onsite service from a Christie Certified technician with required tools. - Bench service from a Christie Certified technician with required tools at vendor's location. - Pick-up and delivery of Equipment requiring Bench service. - On-call provision of rental projectors including delivery, setup, and pickup. - Supply of Lamps, filters, and routine consumables. - Supply of any Christie part required to bring a unit back to Manufacturer’s specifications. It is anticipated that an appointment will be made of a single company in the form of a systems contract to provide the required services. General requirements: Evaluation of companies' capabilities and suitability to carry out the services will take place following the later submission of Technical and Financial proposals in responses to the Request for Proposals (RFP) when it is issued. At this later RFP stage vendors are likely (at a minimum) to be expected to demonstrate the following: a. the vendor should have experience providing support services on and supplying parts and routine consumables for Christie display products; b. the staff presented to provide support services through this system contract should have received a Certification from Christie to work on Christie-manufactured products. c. the vendor should have a local representation (upon or following appointment) to enable prompt responses to urgent project requirements. Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of proposals. The purpose of this Request for EOIs (REOI) is to identify companies that would be interested to participate in the solicitation, when issued and if invited to the solicitation by UNPD. Vendor submissions in respect of these General Requirements will be requested and assessed at a later (Request for Proposal) stage.
