Provision of Unarmed Security Services to UNMIK

The United Nations Interim Administration in Kosovo (UNMIK) has the requirement for the Provision of Unarmed Security Services at their offices and facilities in Pristina and Mitrovica. Unarmed Security Services are predominantly related to the overall security of UNMIK, to include perimeter fences, safety and security of personnel within, security of structures, vehicles and equipment, access control posts, foot patrols, identification and recording of personnel entering the compound, safety, fire-fighting, recording of equipment entering and leaving the compound of the existing installations. The total estimated number of posts to be guarded is ten (10). Each post is guarded 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The contract will be for an initial period of one (1) year, with an option of extension for additional four (1+1+1+1) year periods.
