he UN-International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (hereinafter referred to as “UN-ICTY”) is an international organisation, established to try indicted war criminals, with its Headquarters located at Churchillplein 1, 2517 JW, The Hague, The Netherlands. The UN-ICTY seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) for an Invitation to Bid (ITB) it intends to issue for a the supply of proxy software to allow secure and safe access to internet over three separate locations. Please note that responding to the EOI does not guarantee your company will be invited to the forthcoming tender that will be issued. A list of companies to be invited will be established subsequent to the review and analyses of the responses to this EOI exercise.
