The Office of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Mozambique invites eligible companies to submit offers for the Supply and Installation of Health Facility Furniture Across Nine (09) Projects in Mozambique : INS Maputo Requalification Regional Center, Bioinformatic Center, Marracuene INS Head Quarter – Warehouse, INS National Health Library , Genomic Surveillance Center, Outbreak Research Center and Public Health Laboratory and 10 Community Health Centres divided into Three Lots per location. 

LOT 1 Southern Region:
1. INS Maputo Requalification Regional Center - TAP-Montepio Building, Fernão de Magalhães Street corner with Samora Machel Avenue, Maputo Province
2. Bioinformatic Center - INS Head Quarters, Plot # 3943 – EN1- Villa neighborhood - Marracuene district, Maputo Province
3. Marracuene INS Head Quarter – Warehouse - INS Head Quarters, Plot # 3943 – EN1- Villa neighborhood - Marracuene district, Maputo Province

Suppliers which have experience to conduct construction works in Mozambique and can meet current tender requirements, are welcome to submit their bids.

AMENDMENT 1 - Assembly and Delivery 

Delivery time
All requested items must be delivered to the designated facilities in Maputo, Coop neighborhood, R.C Street 90, by April 1, 2026.
The bidder must also ensure the respective assembly whenever requested by the engineers from UNDP.
The delivery of materials must be made to a duly identified employee.

Assembly

The dates are indicative, not definite, UNDP will request installation and assembly when the sites are ready within 2026. If awarded bidder international Company should ensure availability of in country people to do the installation and assembly in Requested Dates.
