FAOPH-Tender No.2025/FAPHI/FAPHI/134911 - Provision of Meals for 1st Philippine One Health Conference at NU MOA, Pasay City on 29-30 January 2026 GCP/PHI/082/PAF Description of Services: 300 Pax AM and PM Snacks: Consist of tea snacks/cocktail snacks/sandwich/local delicacies and drinks Buffet Lunch: Consist of rice, 1 soup, 2 meat viands (chicken/pork/beef), 1 fish viand, 1 vegetable viand, 1 appetizer, at least 2 choices of cocktail dessert/pastries, salad/fruits, and drinks Free flowing coffee, tea, and water 4 coffee/tea and 4 water stations (with dispensers) Cocktail tables for snacks/coffee breaks Lunch should be served buffet style, with service crew present in at least four (4) stations and 1 separate station for VIPs/guests. Waiting staff should also be provided. AM/PM snacks will be served to the participants The service provider should provide tables and chairs to cover the minimum number of participants, and additional service tables as needed Optional decoration and styling on the designated buffet/meal area.
