New clarification added: Please note the following answers to each part of your questions. Question 1.1: RFQ p.6 'Table 1' indicates 'Total Days (Up To) 94 days'. Please, kindly clarify whether this number should be strictly observed.Answer 1.1: Approximately observed is ok. Strict adherence not needed but significantly over will likely not be accommodated by the budget. Question 1.2: RFQ p.13 point 34 states that 'UNOPS will cover ... travel and accommodation for the consultant's team...'. Please, kindly clarify whether this also applies to any international flights required.Answer 1.2: International flights not covered. Question 1.3: RFW p.13 point 36 states of a 'Reimbursable Lump-Sum'. Please, kindly state whether there is any ceiling for this. In addition, please, advise whether any required (Vietnamese) translation cost may be included within this Lump-Sum.Answer 1.3: There is a ceiling for the lump sum. This can be provided to the consultants at a later stage. All costs should be included in the quote, regardless of how UNOPS will pay these to the contractor- the ‘Reimbursable Lump-Sum’ is the mechanism for how the costs will be repaid, not a separate allocation of funding. Question 1.4: RFQ p.16 'A' point 44 states that 'the organisation should have at least 5 years of experience...'. Could you, please, clarify whether relevant experience of the proposed team member would be sufficient to cover this.Answer 1.4: This is the experience requirement for the company, not the proposed team. The proposed personnel would be evaluated separately. Question 1.5: RFQ p.16 'A' point 48 states the 'minimum positions' to be included. Please, kindly clarify whether there is any maximum number to be taken into consideration.Answer 1.5:These are the minimum required positions. The bidder may propose additional personnel and must provide justification for why those additional roles are necessary. There is no maximum limit.Question 1.6: RFQ p.16 , point 44 ‘The organisation must be legally registered and based or operating in Papua New Guinea’. Could you clarify whether operating in PNG would be sufficient.Answer 1.6: Yes operating in PNG would be sufficient
