The Document Checklist section of the portal does not seem to provide an option for uploading them.UNOPS: Yes, both Forms B and C need to be uploaded.2. We are unable to access the file named "Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire DRiVE". Could you kindly provide this document, as the current version cannot be opened due to an error.UNOPS: We apologyze for any inconvenience you faced to download tge questionnaire. We included both En and Fr versions' link below.
