UNICEF Sri Lanka Country Office frequently organizes and hosts wide range of internal and external meetings, workshops, consultations, and official events that require high-quality refreshments delivered on site. Currently, refreshments are arranged on a case-by-case basis with limited options and inconsistent payment modalities which cause inconvenience to both UNICEF and suppliers. To address operational challenges, streamline the procurement process in compliance with UNICEF financial policies, UNICEF intends to establish Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with qualified vendors who can provide refreshments in an efficient, reliable and cost-effective manner.
