SCOPE OF TENDER: To conduct a comprehensive feasibility assessment for a stairlift installation from the ground floor to the first floor, including site survey, technical viability, safety, regulatory compliance, and an integrated financial proposal. Following the feasibility assessment, a separate procurement will be issued for the purchase and installation based on the approved scope and technical solution.
