Tent-Based Type II Mobile Laboratory Integrated on a Double Cab Pickup Truck for use by Ministry of Health of Türkiye

The World Health Organisation (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for Tent-Based Type II Mobile Laboratory Integrated on a Double Cab Pickup Truck which address the following objectives:
a. Vehicle Requirements: A new 4×4 double-cab pickup truck (2024 model or newer) with a diesel engine (≥150 hp), automatic transmission, and equipped for off-road and emergency use. It must include safety systems, towing capabilities, and be serviceable in Ankara.
b. Mobile Laboratory Setup: Includes a telescopic-leg cabin for transport and living (convertible for 3-person sleeping), a trailer with water, power, and insulation systems, and a four-season tent with lighting, ventilation, and compartmentalisation features.
c. Laboratory Equipment: A comprehensive set of portable lab devices such as PCR cabinet, isolator, incubators, centrifuges, pipettes, coolers, and mixers, all designed for field use and compliant with detailed technical standards. d.Support Materials: Includes furniture (foldable tables/chairs), computing equipment (laptop with accessories),safety gear (vests, screens), power sources (generators, batteries), and a complete repair toolkit.
e. Delivery, Warranty & Training: All items must be delivered within 90 days in original packaging, fully operational,and registered. A comprehensive 2-year warranty is required, along with user training for two groups of five (5) personnel each and full documentation for operation and maintenance.
