The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2 before 5.00 p.m. (Minsk time) on September 1, 2014.

BID conference and site visit will take place on 11 august, at 12.00 p.m. at the address: Border Training Centre, Smarhon, Grodno region.  All interested companies are invited to participate in the conference.  Please inform us about your participation in the conference before 3 p.m. on August 8, 2014 at the below mentioned address.
