Provision of Autodesk Licenses and Services

The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest for an invitation to bid it intends to launch for the Provision of Autodesk Licenses and Services. The main services requested include: 1/ Renewal of Autodesk products (approximatively 35 licences) including: AEC Collection subscriptions from Perpetual licenses annual renewal AEC Collection subscriptions annual renewal AutoCAD subscriptions from Perpetual licenses annual renewal AutoCAD including specialized toolsets subscriptions annual renewal AutoCAD LT subscriptions from Perpetual licenses annual renewal 2/ User online support - Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 17.30, Geneva Time, in French and English. 3/ Installation and commissioning The Contractor shall provide a dedicated technician to visit on-site at UNOG at least once a year to perform on-site configuration of the working environment, including the following services: • Set up computer images for deployment to workstations. • Installation and configuration of software. • Integration of the whole into the current environment. • Optimization of the hardware configuration of the stations. • Update of the drivers. • Functional test, printing, and validation. • Monitor software performance and apply updates (security patches, feature upgrades). The contract will be established for a duration of up to five (5) years paid on an annual basis, one year at a time, at the sole discretion of UNOG. Bidder must be a Certified Autodesk Reseller and Solution Provider for the provision of the services described above. Please note that this call for expressions of interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. Only suppliers deemed qualified by UNOG to provide the required services will be invited to participate. All responses will be treated in strict confidence. Specific Requirements/Information Bidder must be a Certified Autodesk Reseller and Solution Provider for the provision of the services described above.
